I love this place. Great price for regular movies and 3D's as well. Good pizza out front. GREAT PLACE TO TAKE THE FAMILY WHEN IN A TIGHT BUDGET. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -
Been going to this theater for years. I've never experienced anything bad at this theater. Ticket lines move fast, and popcorn is popped regularly (fresh) and restrooms are clean. The outside of the theater is a little run down, but that's because the rest of the mall has been abandoned. But answer me this. How can you beat $3.25 for stadium seating and digital sound quality? Just arrive before the 6 pm show. Bonus...hole in the wall pizza joint across the hall has great NY Style Pizza at a very fair price. If you aren't a high maintenance person, this is the most fair place in Arlington to see a movie...PERIOD! -
I have been going to this movie theater for many years and yes, it could be cleaner and the staff at the concession stand and in the ticket booth invariably provide poor service no matter who is working. I get around the ticket booth situation by purchasing my tickets in the lobby from the automated ticket machine and the snacks are outrageously overpriced (like everywhere else) so I skip that anyway. The upside of this theater is that the ticket takers are always helpfu and, the price of a ticket is around $5 and the matinee is $3.25 as opposed to $10 to $12 at the Park's Mall. I have been going to this theater for 20 years and have never experienced the movie not starting on time. The price of a ticket is worth trying again in my opinion. -
i've been going to this theatre since it opened and i've never had one single problem. the staff is always friendly and professional, the theatres always clean and well maintained, it never seems to get overly crowded and noisy. movie's always start on time and the sound quality always excellent. it's a good theatre, one i've been and will continue to keep going to. -
Where else can you go and watch a movie for $3.25 a ticket? Just as good as the Parks AMC and 1/3 the price. If you do not make a lot of money in this economy like some then this is a place where you can take the family to see a movie and won't be broke after. -
I took my nephew and sister last night Nov 08 to watch Puss in Boots. We were sitting there for about 40 min and they never played the movie. The movie supposed to start at 9:45pm, by 10:15 and with the screen off all the time, I went to the front office and told them that movie wasnt showing. They could careless about what was going on. Some other people also complained about the movie not showing on time. Still, we wait hoping they will played movie within 15 minutes (I thought thats logical after having 2 people complaning about it) but they didnt.
We just got up and ask for our refund, and had to go to AMC in the Parks Mall, where they play movies on time. I'm definitely not comming back to Cinemark Tinseltown ever, and will not recommend anyone to see a movie at this movie theather.
