Excellent concept, laughable service. Ordered a very simple dinner, waited an hour, asked again for the order very nicely, waited another hour, then recieved a bill for almost $40, quite expensive for food never recieved. Then the waiter kept pestering me about needing payment after telling him that I never recieved any of my order and I was going to speak to the manager, I actually had to ask him to go away so that I could at least see the movie. Asked for the manager at one of the counters, instead of finding the manager or pointing me to the manager, he pointed at someone else to ask. If there was a line or even one person waiting I would understand, but there wasn't anyone there. Then the manager, OH GOOD GOD, after explaining the situation treated me as if I was lying, stated he sent the food out himself, and that I didn't complain but he would take care of the food bill - that's a hard one (let's see - no food, no bill). Then acted as if I were bothering him. If I were rude, used foul language, made a seen, or even raised my voice in the slightest, I might understand some frustration, but I spoke quietly and politely. Never going back!!!!!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone who might be hungery, thirsty, or want any kind of service. And just so others know, I was trying this one cause the Movie Tavern in Bedford was dirty and had a hard time with their service (after many trys).
