Not a fan of this theatre. Parking is awful. The staff is awful. The ticket price is awful (although I guess that's everywhere nowadays). I do, however, like that the hire special needs employees to take your ticket. -
Everybody who works here is incompetent, mean, and new on the job. I've been here several times and hated every experience. Horrible customer service. The staff is rude. Even though the property is very nice and clean, I REFUSE to go back after the way I was treated. I've had numerous problems here, but here is what happened the most recent time: I am a college student. They refused to give me the student discount on Thursday night (which IS in fact student night) saying I had the wrong night, and told me to come on TUESDAY night and that was when they do student discounts. I went ahead and paid $9.50 (full price) on Thursday because they refused to give the discount saying to come back on Tues, then I also came back on Tuesday expecting to now be able to use my student ID and get a discounted ticket. Boy was I wrong!!! Now they refused to give me the student discount and said the discount only happens on Thursday night. My bank statement clearly shows I was there Thursday night when they refused the student discount saying I had the wrong night. What a bunch of jerks!!! The supervisor I spoke to up front was also a jerk, and said "Tough luck man" even though I was lied to. I had to ask for the head manager to fix the problem, but I had to go through hell just for $3.... Give me a break..... Unprofessional. Ever heard of "the customer is always right?" It especially applies when a customer was LIED TO. -
I love this theatre. We always find a good parking place..or course there really aren't any bad parking places. The staff is always really nice..the place is super clean and I never have to wait too long in line for popcorn and soda.
