This movie did not really work for me but I can see that it will appeal to a certain audience. This is just not my type of film and I found it to be too dark and uncomfortable to watch. I also do not like films that have a lead character that is not likable. This film had the most unlikable character possible, I think that the director was on a crusade to make the main character as unlikable as possible. I know I was supposed to feel sympathy for the main character but i could not because I could not make myself like him. Overall, this film was not my cup of tea but you have to see it for yourself and decide if you love it or hate it. -
I thought this film was quite interesting and intriguing, I do not think it is worth the price of the ticket but you might want to rent it and experience the weirdness. I am usually not a big fan of personality dramas but this one was alright and it drew me in. The protagonist is very underwhelming and sometimes i wondered if it was worth my time but i guess that is just the style of the director and some people love it. The film definitely leans towards black comedy and I am usually not a fan, however some scenes made me laugh and I was pleasantly surprised by that. Overall, this film is not for everyone but selected few will adore it.
